  Terrible customer service. Had staff look at us noticing that we were waiting at the electronics counter unattended and just kept walking. When we were finally served the staff member told us the product was out of stock. When I told him we were in two days ago and they had it, he checked out back and found them.
  
  No wonder Big W are going broke! Selling products should be the number one priority.
